I have over ten years of experience in the field of food science and food technology, academia (teaching, research and student research project supervision), industry and regulatory affairs. This experience also includes regulatory work, laboratory (food chemistry and microbiology), HACCP systems, accreditation of laboratories and food industry experience, inspection and enforcement experience, and food quality assurance. Additionally, I have more than five years of academia experience.
I am passionate about teaching, research, and innovation. My hobbies outside of my work include jogging and going to the gym.

Tell us about your experience in the industry
I have contributed to the industry, particularly in the field of quality assurance: HACCP-based inspection system- auditor, consultant; fish and fishery industry regulatory enforcement to comply with various countries' standards.
