    Many businesses are now reaping the benefits of investing in the leadership capability of their people of all levels, with the help of Wintec, a business division of Te Pūkenga. An approach from Yashili NZ Dairy Co Ltd four years ago, to help shape Yashili’s future leaders, was the trigger for Wintec to start developing these tailored innovative professional leadership programmes, which have catapulted into popularity.
