- - Concept drawings, architectural drawings, structural drawings, working drawings.
- Presentation of accepted construction drawing practice including electronic drawing systems, drawing office practice, relevant drawing standards, storage and recording systems.
- Accuracy, relevance to project, terminology and abbreviations, materials, scale and layout, drawing conventions, line weight, text dimensioning, referencing.
- Sketches and drawings prepared and stored in accordance with workplace practice and to appropriate industry standards.
- Content – location, assembly, component, schedule.
- Overview of line types and symbols. Drawing methods including orthographic projection.
- Use of digital technologies including CAD, BIM - Learning Outcomes
