- - Construction activities, inter-relationships and sequencing: identification and separation of activities for type of construction programme.
- Identification of inter-relationships in accordance with construction methodology and sequencing of activity timelines.
- Information is charted and presented – start/finish, float, critical path, milestones.
- Resource allocation and monitoring: materials, plant, labour, subcontractors, finance.
- Decisions are based on monitoring of work activities and supports economic achievement of plans – critical path analysis.
- Programming of activities and resources: resources assessed to balance float and resource requirements.
- Programming reflects progress reports, contingencies/actions, achievement of critical outcomes in accordance with project requirements. - Learning Outcomes

- Assessment in this course employs an achievement-based grading scheme. Aakonga will be advised of all matters relating to summative assessment prior to the start of the course.
