- - Pre-contract construction method statements: identification of factors – site, legislation, brief, drawings, procurement documents.
- Evaluation of alternative methods of construction – risks, opportunities.
- Development of pre-contact method statements – construction process. description, plant, labour, temporary works, performance, time, health and safety, sustainability, for a medium building project.
- Measurement of progress for a range of activities.
- Review of site procedures – identification of changes and impact on stakeholders.
- Progress report.
- Programme realignment - identification of critical outcomes and contingencies, realignment of progress with programme. - Learning Outcomes

- Produce a progress report for a construction project.
- Manage resources and logistics to address progress on a construction site. - Assessment Criteria
- Assessment in this course employs an achievement-based grading scheme. Aakonga will be advised of all matters relating to summative assessment prior to the start of the course.
