Learning Outcomes: LO1 Identify learning outcomes and anticipated learner diversity for adult learning sessions to meet stakeholder requirements.
LO2 Select and sequence adult learning session content to achieve identified outcomes.
LO3 Plan facilitation, assessment, and review processes for adult learning sessions that meet learning outcomes, moderation requirements, and accommodates learner diversity.

Teaching and Learning Strategy: Learning and teaching activities will employ a range of elements drawn from approved methods to align with the context of the learning (delivery mode, regional specific requirement, etc.) and any particular needs of the group of aakonga.
Assessment Criteria: Assessment in this course is competency-based. Aakonga must successfully complete all specified assessment items in order to pass this course.
