• Follow standard operating procedures to prepare equipment and ingredients for bar service
• Maintain health and safety requirements, including food safety and host responsibility
• Sustainability in a bar

• Product knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food served in a bar
• Process orders accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures and customer requests

- Assessment in this programme is either competency-based, or achievement-based with competency-based assessment for optional unit standards. Aakonga will be advised of all matters relating to summative assessment at the start of the course.
