Prescription
This module aims to develop speaking skills to meet academic needs of students at a CEFR mid B2 level. They will be able to use the language fluently, accurately and effectively on a wide range of academic topics. Students will be able to give clear detailed descriptions and presentations, expanding and supporting ideas.

Learning Outcomes
Deliver an oral presentation in English for an academic purpose.
Participate in a variety of academic situations, providing concrete and some abstract information in small group and pair discussions.
Give suggestions, recommendations and/or advice for education-related purposes.

-clear and relatively natural pronunciation and intonation.

Assessment Criteria
The portfolio is comprised of multiple assessment tasks, not tests alone. To pass this module, students must attempt and pass all assessment tasks.
