Content
LO1:
- Set-up instructions and job requirements
- Automated equipment change-parts or materials, tools, jigs and fittings
- Automated equipment preparation for set-up change
LO2:
- Material identification, checks and preparation
- Automated equipment start up and operation
- Emergency stopping procedures for automated equipment
- Automated equipment - monitoring, routine adjustment, fault reporting, and shut down
Teaching and Learning Strategy
Learning and teaching activities will employ a range of elements drawn from approved methods. The activities chosen will align with the context of the learning (delivery mode, regional-specific requirements, etc.) and any particular needs of the group of aakonga.
Assessment Criteria
Aakonga will be advised of all matters relating to summative assessment at the start of the course. Assessment in this course is competency-based. Aakonga must successfully complete all specified assessment items in order to pass this course.
