Engineering maths and analysis package, command window usage, script files, arrays, plotting, matrix operations.
Principles of computer program design and data structures
Computer programs in general
Methods, data types, assignments, parameters, loops and iteration, conditional statements.
Spreadsheets: an introduction to their general functionality and use in carrying out engineering calculations. In particular, associating functions and code to cells is explored.
The programming of spreadsheets and/or discipline specific packages for engineering analysis and calculations.
