Content
Selecting components, custom part problems, part replacement.
PCB types. Layout of PCB.
Component insertion (pick and place, manual insertion).
Soldering (wave soldering, solder paste processes, SMT machines, hand soldering, reflow soldering).
Component handling (ESD precautions). Product packaging (packaging types).
Production work flow (constraints, bottleneck, optimisation requirements for SMT machines). Quality systems, production monitoring, production improvements.
