Learning Outcomes
By the end of this module the student will be able to:
1. Develop, or further develop, a proposal which will provide a strong structure to guide the thesis.
2. Demonstrate a high order of skill in the planning, execution and completion of a piece of original research.
3. Critically identify and analyse paradigms, and methodologies for practice enquiry that are appropriate to address the identified research question(s).
4. Critically evaluate the ethical and cultural implications of research.
5. Independently apply highly specialised knowledge and skills learned to existing or new situations.
6. Plan, manage and document a substantial and logically structured enquiry as original research for dissemination on a topic related to human performance science.
Assessment Criteria
An overall mark of 50% is required to pass this module.
