- Techniques to confirm and clarify instructions
- Tail gate meetings (hazard identification)
- Cultural awareness and safety
- Professional practice i.e. appropriate language, up and across organisation orderly behaviour, and cultural behaviour
- Cross cultural communication
- Basic workplace documentation – job sheets, time sheets
- Curriculum Vitae and career / education planning

- Roles of team members

- Priority and delegation of tasks
- Planning

Assessment Criteria
This course is assessed using competency assessment. Aakonga must complete and submit all summative assessments in order to pass and receive credit for this course. The listed unit standards are optional and are not required to pass this course.
