Kia Ora, my name is Faranisese Baya Fox, born and bred in Fiji. I enjoy my job as a Kaiāwhina, being the first point of contact for those who need a friendly face and beautiful Bula smile to find the best student support they need.
I was a former Wintec ākonga and completed my Bachelor of Applied Management, in which I was fortunate to do my corporate project at the Shandong University of Technology, Zibo, Shandong, China, under the Prime Ministers Scholarship for Asia in 2015. I continued my studies at the University of Waikato, gaining two master's degrees. With my student experiences, I am happy to provide the best holistic support for ākonga while on their study journey. Blended with my humble Pacific upbringing, I am here to influence all ākonga that the sky is the limit and we can achieve success together.
