About

I began my profession as a social worker with Oranga Tamariki (formerly Child, youth and Family Services) working in both child protection and with caregivers. I then moved to Waitemata District Health board working as a social worker in ED, acute wards and specialised as a Renal Social Worker. I have had experience working with Auckland City Mission and homelessness.

In addition to teaching on the Bachelor of Social Work, I also offer Professional Supervision and work at a local agency supporting people who have had sexual abuse experiences.
