Studying sport science and human performance will see you focus on the science behind how the body works, athletic performance, health promotion, and physiology. Specific areas of interest include coaching, exercise physiology, nutrition and psychology, biomechanics, sport rehabilitation, and personal training.
Our exercise certificate explores a variety of exercise scopes and environments, such as strength and conditioning, exercise prescription and instruction, exercise programmes to enhance client performance, nutritional requirements, and adventure and survival training exercises.
