Wintec students have the X Factor

Wintec’s music department is currently being well represented on the New Zealand series of the X Factor. 

Alumni Jared Stevenson, along with current students Hannah Cosgrove, Aaron Gott and Amy Maynard have all successfully sung their way through to the 'boot camp' stage of the competition.  

Jared is part of a trio 'Fare Thee Well' with his two sisters while Hannah Cosgrove is a country singer who last year received New Zealand Country Music Senior Entertainer of the Year and Aaron Gott and Amy Maynard are an acoustic duo.
