Another award for Engineering and Trades facility

Wintec has collected another award for its Engineering and Trades facility, taking home an Award of Excellence at the Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards.

Wintec’s director of infrastructure and assets, Graeme Ward, collected the award on behalf of Wintec last Friday night at Vector Arena.

The building was nominated in the category of Education and Arts which Graeme said encompassed a vast range of projects. 

“There were over 30 nominations, so to be shortlisted and then recognised for excellence reflects the very high standard we’ve achieved.”

Graeme said the awards are the most prestigious in the industry with only the best projects in the country getting shortlisted.

“The award continues the excellent track record of our campus development projects – both the city Hub and Wintec House have enjoyed success at previous Property Council awards.”
