Graduation is a fantastic celebration of your achievements. To ensure your experience goes to plan, please ensure you return RSVPs and details by the required deadlines. You should expect the following communications, please contact us if you do not receive the expected information.

Graduation is a celebration for Wintec students

November

Check that we have your correct contact details by logging into student@wintec or emailing us with your new information at graduation@wintec.ac.nz.

Why? To send out your graduation certificate – this will be sent to the last postal address we have recorded for you. We will need your email address to invite you to attend a graduation event and ensure you receive your guest tickets and required information. We may also text, call, or email you if we are missing information or need to advise you of a change.

March

At the beginning of March, we will contact you by email about your certificate and the graduation ceremonies. Certificates will be sent out in March, so it is important to make sure we have your most up-to-date contact details. There will also be an opportunity to pick up certificates in person – details will be included in the email.

If you have not received your certificate by mid-April, please email us at graduation@wintec.ac.nz.

April

Your invitation to attend a graduation event is managed online through the student@wintec portal. If you're a graduating student, you will receive an email at the beginning of April with instructions on what you need to do.

Academic dress hire: Regalia is available to hire or buy from Academic Dress Hire – this needs to be ordered well in advance of your ceremony and can be ordered online. Instructions on how to order regalia will be available at www.academicdresswaikato.co.nz.

Guest tickets: You will be sent an email confirming your attendance if you have chosen to attend a graduation event and a link to reserve your guest tickets. Make sure you have read all the information on this website and that you know:
