Information technology services

Information Technology Services (ITS) is based in the Gallagher Hub at the City Campus, and in the Hub at the Rotokauri Campus, providing IT support to all Wintec students. 

The team can assist with a wide range of IT-related issues including:

• Computer Accounts
• Internet Access
• Moodle
• Free Office 365 for Students

Wintec provides a Self Service Knowledge Base for students and you can log your own support tickets (jobs) by emailing servicedesk@wintec.ac.nz
