Health Research Council of New Zealand
The Health Research Council of New Zealand (HRC) is the major government-funded agency responsible for purchasing and coordinating health research and fostering the Māori and Pacific health research workforce in New Zealand.
All of the Health Research Council research investment streams, in particular the Rangahau Hauora Māori stream, are open to Māori health research and researchers. We have a number of scholarships and fellowships designed to foster the Pacific health research workforce. Also, there are career development awards to help to foster the health research workforce in New Zealand.
Eligibility
HRC offers a range of studentships, post-graduate, and post-doctoral awards.
