Cookery and Culinary Art
Can you imagine yourself working in a commercial kitchen or restaurant? Find out if a cookery career is for you at one of the following student experiences.
Chef for a Day
The Chef for a Day experience is perfect if you're a year 11-13 student. You'll be working at the Windows student training restaurant. As a chef for a day, you'll get to help prepare lunch for guests.
Chef for a Night
If you're aged 20 or over, come and spend the evening in our kitchen. As a chef for a night, you could be preparing and cooking dishes from either the larder, hot kitchen or pastry section of the kitchen.
