Introduction to Animal Technology Taster

What is it all about?

In this taster, you will have the opportunity to learn in our purpose-built animal handling facility and experience what it is like as a student in one of our animal technology programmes here at Wintec. On this day, you will learn basic breed identification (cats and dogs), animal behaviour, and an overview of how to perform a health check. You will also participate in microscope and x-ray activities. 

What to bring and/or wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear.

Wintec will provide any safety gear required.
