Short Video Production Taster

*Students will need to have an understanding and basic knowledge of computers.

What is it all about?

If you are interested in videography and producing screen content for multimedia platforms, this one-day taster is for you. You will learn about the video production process and create projects of your own. You will also learn camera and editing fundamentals and how to develop a creative concept, plan, shoot, and edit a video. This course is ideal for those who picture themselves as future filmmakers and will give you an insight into a creative pathway, which our Bachelor of Communication degree offers.

What to bring and/or wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed footwear. If you wish to keep your work from this course, please bring a USB stick.

Note: We will require student names three weeks before the course start date to create logins for our labs.
